Protein BreakfastA common nutrition advice is to eat fewer refined carbs and more protein. Timing makes a difference though. Most Americans eat 3 times more protein at dinner than what they do at breakfast.  Studies show, however, that people who eat protein rich morning meals have fewer blood sugar spikes throughout the morning (which can prevent cravings) and are less likely to snack on junk food at night.
